PayrollPro Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Service

1.1 The PayrollPro Starter Plan is a monthly subscription service billed in advance at GHS 1,599 per month.

1.2 By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees for the selected period.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All payments are non-refundable except as required by Ghanaian law.

2.2 For multi-month subscriptions, the full amount is charged immediately.

2.3 We accept Mobile Money and Bank Transfer payments.

3. Service Usage

3.1 The Starter Plan includes:

4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions.

4.2 Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Data Privacy

5.1 We maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll data.

5.2 Data is stored securely in compliance with Ghanaian data protection regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 PayrollPro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

7.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra.
